Pets' body temperature is about 98 ℉, veterinarians advise 95-113℉ is the most comfortable temperature for pets in winter. 104℉ is recommended.

You may not feel the heat by hand-touch when pets don’t stay on the heating pad, because heat dissipates on a cold day fastly, so use a blanket or other covering to keep the heat.
